Are you tired of fighting dust? Especially after all
the time spent moving into your dream home. And, did
you know there is no such thing as dust-free construction?
We can help you solve your indoor air quality problems.
During the construction process lots of debris and building
scraps often end up in the ducts through the registers. Unless
removed, fine particles from the debris, which can be respiratory
irritants, can circulate within the ducts and enter a room
through the registers. In the final stage of building a home,
prior to moving in, the ducts should be cleaned and vacuumed
to remove any particles that may have entered during construction.
We use high-pressure duct cleaning equipment to thoroughly
clean your air ducts. We are trained to do the job the
right way the first time. We guarantee our work for
90 days.
We'll make sure that your home and its furnishings are treated
with respect and are not damaged during any part of our service.
Plus, we'll leave your home cleaner than before we arrived. Isn't
that expected of most service people.

Ask?
- There is a minimum job size of $300.
- The national average is $400 to $600 per system.
- We provide a premium duct cleaning that covers ALL the
duct work in your home.
- There is a $150 setup charge that includes cleaning
and checking the furnace and hot water heater.
- $15 per vent opening, just count every cold air return and heat register through
out your home and get a total.
- A $50.00 charge for every additional furnace after the

as one more vent.

This isn't a small job, It will take up to 5 hours (and no less than 3) in
your home to complete. Once the job is done, you shouldn't
need your ducts cleaned again for about 4 to 7 years. Remember,
construction dust is the worst, and if your home is under
three years old, and you have never had the ducts cleaned
there will be a lot of dry-wall dust in the system that can
take years of life off your furnace.

was a government study . It is full of information and has
